Half Price Roof conduct thorough processes for restoring your roof, which includes the following:

• Cleaning all gutters and valleys before and after
• Checking all flashings
• Replacing/repairing chipped/ cracked tiles
• High pressure roof cleaning with 3400 psi
• Rebedding ridgecaps where necessary
• Repointing all ridgecaps with Ozflexs flexi point
• Oil based sealer / binder
• Hand paint flashings
• Two coats of the colour of your choice with Permalux Paint
• Leave painted spare tiles and/or spare paint
• Complete clean and remove all mess with no tipping fees
